📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, and hiring
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees
• Administer and update employee records using SAP SuccessFactors
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and disciplinary issues
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
• Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills
• Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR documentation and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
