In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth in our various branches across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily branch operations, including administrative tasks, inventory management, and customer service.
• Lead and manage a team of staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and report to the regional manager.
• Coordinate with other branches and departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Participate in inventory management and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the healthcare or medical industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office and healthcare-specific tools like EMR systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
