In this role, you will create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment for children aged 3–6, fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional development. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons to engage children aged 3–6.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Conduct daily observations and assessments to monitor each child's progress and well-being.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a seamless learning experience and maintain open communication.
• Use educational software and tools such as SmartKid, KidzRoom, and Montessori-inspired resources to enhance learning.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated with best practices in early childhood education.
• Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure the well-being of all children in the classroom.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and individuality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching preschool-aged children.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or Montessori) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the program.
• Passion for and commitment to the holistic growth and development of young children.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
