🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in IT project management or business analysis
• Proven experience in ERP implementation and IT project integration
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards
• Proficiency in IT project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
