PT Bintang Lestari Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and inventory management, and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. This is a full-time position located in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Ensure that all warehouse processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and reported.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that goods are stored and handled correctly.,Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, stock movements, and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
