📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Lead and manage a team of site staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.,Monitor and maintain site safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices.,Develop and implement strategies to improve site performance and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of site activities.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage site budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective operations.,Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management or a similar role.,Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational targets.,Strong knowledge of site safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and travel.
