📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our workforce management solutions.,Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor demonstrations to address specific pain points.,Provide pre- and post-demo support, including preparing demo materials, follow-up communications, and addressing client questions.,Track and report on demo performance metrics, such as client engagement, feedback, and sales pipeline progress.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor solutions, and product updates to continuously improve demo content and techniques.,Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for new sales team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus on technology or SaaS solutions.,Strong understanding of workforce management software and its applications in various industries.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.,Proficient in using demo tools and software, such as Zoom, GoToMeeting, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
