📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer interaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide product knowledge and consultative sales advice to customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
