Hokian Jaya Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and friendly Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with sales transactions, managing the cash register, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions about our products.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Handle cash and electronic payments, ensuring proper change is given.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.,Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.,Promote our restaurant's specials and menu items to increase sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Ability to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods of time.
