Cemerlang Investment is seeking a talented Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and a commitment to helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design customized learning solutions,Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a learning and development plan,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Measure and report on the success of learning and development initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
