📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and manage technical documentation for our products and services, including user guides, API references, and release notes.,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly.,Mentor and guide junior technical writers, as well as contribute to the development of technical writing processes and best practices.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing, and incorporate these into our documentation processes.,Work with marketing and sales teams to create and manage technical content for our website and other marketing materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in technical writing, English, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in technical writing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of technical writing tools and processes, including documentation management systems, version control, and collaboration tools.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.,Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and supportive attitude.
