📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and maintain store reports and records.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote store products and services to customers.,Conduct regular audits to assess store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or store operations.,Proven ability to manage and train staff effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of inventory management and stock control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is an advantage.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and customer needs.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
