📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance.,Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
