📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and dishwashing.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and quality control measures.,Manage and train kitchen staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, food costs, and kitchen usage.,Prepare and manage the kitchen budget, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.,Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and equipped with the necessary tools and equipment.,Develop and implement kitchen procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and quality.,Handle customer complaints and address food safety concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Experience with kitchen management software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.,High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary training or certification is a plus.,Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for food service establishments.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including food and equipment.
