📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality pipeline of candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to maximize reach.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Provide feedback and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
