Net Sky Mandiri is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resources management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and a passion for helping employees thrive. This is an immediate opportunity for the right candidate.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations issues, including discipline, grievances, and conflicts.,Support the HR team in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian ID card) and the ability to work in Cimahi, Jawa Barat.
