Head of Injection Molding - Manufacturing Leadership Role

PT Universal Bahtera Indo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Injection Molding to lead our manufacturing operations in Kosambi, Banten. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader to drive continuous improvement, optimize production efficiency, and maintain the highest quality standards in our injection molding processes.

As the Head of Injection Molding, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled technicians and engineers to ensure seamless production of high-quality plastic parts for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies, such as advanced injection molding machines and automation systems, to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of injection molding technicians and engineers to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure mold designs meet production requirements and quality standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems (QMS).
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify adherence to production standards and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in injection molding, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing manufacturing teams.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and quality control techniques.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related quality management system is a plus.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as SAP, ERP systems, and CAD tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
