Agung Zahra Fashion is looking for a Deputy Operations Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing and coordinating various operational activities within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for driving efficiency and productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.,Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Provide support in managing inventory and supply chain processes.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of driving efficiency and productivity improvements.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes is a plus.
