PT Luhur Permata is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Medical Representative to join our team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Medical Representative in promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and a passion for building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of promotional strategies to effectively communicate the benefits of our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.,Support the Medical Representative in conducting market research to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry.,Assist in the organization and execution of medical and scientific meetings, conferences, and workshops to educate healthcare professionals about our products.,Support the Medical Representative in building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.,Support the Medical Representative in managing the sales pipeline and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.,Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
