Diamond Cloud Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy HR Generalist to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Support the HR team in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's HR information system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and information systems.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Strong organizational and administrative skills.
