📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Banquet Manager in planning and organizing banquet events.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and goods.,Maintain the banquet area, including setting up and cleaning up after events.,Greet and assist guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Prepare and present banquet menus, ensuring high quality and presentation.,Assist in training and supervising banquet staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with event planning and management software.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage services.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
