📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and mentor a team of customer service agents, ensuring they meet and exceed service standards.

• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or banking operations.
• Proven experience in supervising and mentoring a team.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and internal policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
