🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or operational environment.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
