📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage corporate partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of partnership programs.
• Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to track and manage partnership opportunities.
• Create and present reports to the management team, highlighting partnership performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and explore new partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our partnership programs and attract potential clients.
• Manage the budget for partnership initiatives and ensure financial targets are met.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to the partnership team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and managing successful corporate partnerships.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with the non-profit sector is a plus.
