📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.,Provide strategic financial advice to support the company's growth and development.,Monitor and control financial risks and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Prepare and analyze financial forecasts and budgets.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.,Proven track record in managing financial operations and providing strategic financial advice.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
