📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.,Document and maintain comprehensive requirements specifications.,Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit detailed requirements.,Review and validate requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure requirements are met.,Identify and mitigate risks associated with project requirements.,Provide ongoing support and updates on project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in requirements analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a Requirements Analyst or similar role.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation tools.,Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.,Knowledge of IT project management principles.,Familiarity with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
