📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of operations, including production, logistics, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal use and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
