📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.
  • Maintain and expand our customer base by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the rubber and metal manufacturing industry.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure that our products are available and meet customer expectations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the rubber and metal manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
