Tanggung Jawab:
Leading a team of medical representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.Promoting and distributing pharmaceutical products effectively.Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities and trends.Providing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.Attending industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and stay updated on the latest developments.Reporting on sales activities, performance, and progress to senior management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in sales and leadership.Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and industry trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with sales force automation tools and CRM systems.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays, as required.🛠️ Keahlian
