Smart Base Abadi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely financial records. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited accounting experience to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports,Process invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness,Maintain and update financial records and databases,Support the accounting team in the reconciliation of accounts,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections,Participate in the monthly and quarterly financial close process,Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or finance,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Fluency in English is a plus
