📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support the HR Manager in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
  • Support the HR team in implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of HR systems and processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian HR practices and culture.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
