📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, and hiring
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees
- Administer and update employee records using SAP SuccessFactors
- Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and disciplinary issues
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills
- Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR documentation and reports
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
