📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Coordinate with sales teams to meet daily sales targets.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales promotions and marketing strategies.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
